Local Area Finding La Ravoire
If approaching from the north on the A40 follow signs for Geneva.
Turn off at junction 11 on the A40 for Annecy N508 follow this through to Annecy; this will take you along lake Annecy still on the N508 untill you approach the village of Dousard.
If approaching from the south, follow signs for Albertville.
Once in Albertville follow signs for Ugine heading east.
At the first roundabout at Ugine take the second exit sign posted Faverges.
Stay on this road passing Faverges.
Keep following signs for Annecy.
From both directions you will reach a roundabout sign posted for Dousard.
Take the exit for Dousard following the road towards the village centre.
At the main crossroad of the village carry on, with the local bar to your left hand side.
Follow the road through until you reach a roundabout.
Carry on straight following the road around until you reach three large campsites.
After which the road bears round to the right.
At the bottom of the hill the road bears to the left, at which you take the right hand turn.
Ravoire is slightly further, on your left-hand side.
