Camping Ty-Nadan is a spacious 'Castel et Camping' site set in 60 acres of wooded parkland on the banks of the river Elle. This is the perfect location for an active holiday - the qualified campsite staff run an extensive activity programme which offers something for everyone.
Try your hand at canoeing, horseriding, quad biking or paintball, while those with a head for heights will love the tree-top adventure course and indoor climbing wall. Walks and mountain bike trips into the nearby forest and surrounding area are also organised, as well as archery and swimming lessons for children. There is a superb pool complex on site, offering a four-lane waterslide and a toboggan, as well as an excellent indoor pool with a paddling pool and waterfall.

Our Choice mobile homes offer a little more space at great value for money. The bright and airy accommodation offers 2 bedrooms (a double and a twin), plus the seating in the lounge converts into an extra bed. There is a shower room and toilet, plus fully-equipped kitchen.

The campsite lies 12.5km (7.9mls) north east of Quimperle.
From the N165 take the exit to Quimperle town signposted to Kerfleury/Redene. As you approach Quimperle turn right at the second set of traffic lights towards Arzano on the D22.
After 9km (5.5mls) turn left before you reach Arzano, signposted to Locunole. Keep following this road for approximately 2˝km until you cross the River Elle. The campsite is on your left hand side just after crossing the river.
N.B. Many of the road signs in Brittany have the French and the Breton names on them (Arzano is An Arzhanaou in Breton). It may appear that there are twice as many places signposted than there actually is. The Breton Translations are written in italics.

The local Area around Camping Ty-Nadan
The site sits on the river bank in the Elle Valley, and is two miles from the pretty village of Arzano. Quimperle is an atmospheric little town, six miles from site, it offers superb restaurants in its narrow medieval streets and a market in its town square on Fridays. The nearest coastal beach is the long sandy Guidel-Plage, around a 20 minute drive from site, windsurfing is available here.
Les Roches du Diable (3mls) is a deep gorge where the river has deposited large boulders in wonderful shapes - follow the marked trails on the riverside. At Odet Loisirs (30mins, near Quimper) you will find a leisure park which has everything from a monkey bridge and maze to a giant four-track toboggan.
