    Local Area Finding Sylvamar - Eurocamp

    From Bordeaux:

    Take the N10 (which leads into the A63) direction Bayonne / San Sebastian from Bordeaux.

    Leave the motorway at Junction 8, signposted Hossegar / Capbreton.

    Take the D28 direction Hossegar and Capbreton before you reach Capbreton take the D652 towards Labenne.

    Turn off the D652 onto the D26 - signposted Labenne Ocean.

    This junction has traffic lights on it.

    Follow the D26 for approximately 2 miles –going straight on over a roundabout as if you're heading towards the beach.

    Camping Yelloh! Village Sylvamar is on your right hand side.

    Aquarium - Biarritz
    A fascinating collection of fish and invertebrates that live in the Bay of Biscay displayed in 24 aquariums with over 150 species including sharks


    Atlantic Park
    Waterpark with a good selection of pools and slides and a childrens pool. Area for beach volley, boules, basketball and badminton. Picnic area and bar/restaurant.


    La Pinède des Singes
    La Pinède des Singes is an area in the Landais pine forests set aside for monkeys to live freely. Walk through the forest to observe the monkeys

    Ecomusee de la Pêche Aquarium
    Small museum of the sea and fish with a few aquariums with fish from the region. Displays of fossils, shells and minerals. Information displayed on the related jobs and the sea.


    Le Petit Train de la Rhune
    This is an old funicular railway of 3 cars that takes tourists 900 metres to the top of La Rhune. On clear days there are magnificent views of the area and of the Pyrenees. A return trip takes approximately 2 hours although it is possible to walk either up or down. There is a small restaurant at the arrival and departure points
